At approximately 06:55 on the morning of 14 July 2025, our controller received a call from a distressed fleet manager reporting that one of their drivers had been hijacked around midnight while en route home.

The controller acted immediately, sharing the bike’s last known location and dispatching recovery teams without delay.

The tracking signal led the team to a block of flats. However, upon arrival, no bike was visible at the given coordinates.

Further investigation and back-tracing led to the successful recovery of the bike — hidden carefully under blankets.
